WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?
Check-out time is by 11am on the day of departure.
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
We strive to be as helpful as possible if you need a late check-out. Please speak with Reception, and we will advise on possibilities and charges.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
A full refund is made on all room bookings (except for advance purchase) if we are notified in writing by 2pm on the day before your scheduled arrival.

WHAT IS THE NEAREST TUBE STATION?
Goodge Street (Northern Line), Euston Square (Hammersmith and City, Circle and Metropolitan lines), Warren Street (Victoria Line) Tottenham Court Road and Holborn (Central Line) are all within a 5- to 10-minute walk from The Academy.
HOW NEAR ARE YOU TO LONDON'S AIRPORTS?
London City and Heathrow Airport are each an hour’s drive from the hotel (depending on traffic). Alternatively, we’re 15 minutes from Paddington Station, which is then only 15 minutes to the airport on the Heathrow Express. Gatwick Airport is 90 minutes away by car. Alternatively you can take the London Underground to Victoria (a 20-minute journey), where you can take the 40-minute Gatwick Express train to the airport.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Off-site parking is available, with discounted rates for guests of The Academy. Pre-booking is not required.
IS INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE?
Limited high-speed WiFi access is complimentary throughout the hotel, in all guest rooms and public areas.
DO YOU HAVE 24-ROOM SERVICE?
Yes. (On selected items only)
DO YOU HAVE A LIFT?
No. Although we do offer a 24 hour porterage service to help with your luggage.
Hotel guests are able to leave their luggage either on arrival or departure at no extra charge.
DO YOU HAVE A GYM?
Access to a nearby gym can be arranged. Please speak to our Front Desk for assistance (additional charges apply).

Welcome packs and children’s menus are available. We are also able to warm bottles and provide cots and high chairs.
